5 Top Tips for Social Media Wellness

1) Firstly, STOP the Scroll Envy!

Extract from my E-Book 'Survive & Thrive':

How many times do we stop scrolling when we see an image or article that shines a spotlight on another success?

Reading someone's success story can often leave us feeling inadequate in comparison.

They appear so confident, don't they? Don't compare yourself.

Do you ever think... 'I wonder if they're enjoying their success?'

2) Be Sceptical - Acing it but Overwhelmed!

Sadly, those who are outwardly confident, look polished, accomplished and successful are all too often 'acing it' but overwhelmed. That's if what you see can be believed even. It's easy to paint a picture on social media of how life is (or isn't) when it's just a snapshot in time.

3) Ditch the Comparison Envy!

Are you tired of feeling dissatisfied?

Wonder when it's your turn to shine?

What are you telling yourself?

People say 'be careful what you wish for' but I say.... wish to your heart's content! Imagine your best life. What does that look like to you?

4) Step Off the Social Media Hamster-Wheel

If you want the best from life, you need to become your own best cheer-leader. Step off the social media hampster-wheel. Life can be a rollercoaster of joy, endurance and adversity but ....

5) Don't lose Faith in your own ability!

When comparing yourself to others, anyone can give up and feel they pale in comparison

it's the easiest thing in the world to do but, to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart....

... that's true strength!

Be confident in your own ability.
