A genuine, warm welcome to you along with a big thank you for taking the time to explore our website and for trusting in our offer and expertise.

The Virtual Wellness Hub came about, after we were forced by the pandemic to close our walk-in Wellness Hubs (that I ran with my friend and colleague, Doctor Linda, from the local libraries).

I decided to take the offer online. We now run a vibrant 'Virtual Wellness Hub' supporting those who are outwardly coping, but inwardly stretched.
