'How to' Videos have never been more popular and are now leading the trend.

Many looking for new opportunities are doing so as they have just experience their toughest years yet of restriction, stifling isolation and discontent.

When liberty is taken from us, we come to realise the power of turning towards what we do have, with joy, rather than focusing on what we don’t have or are missing out on.

And what we do have is choice and opportunity.

Choice to do as we please and not have to endure imposed 'direction'.

People are now looking to find a new direction.

The 5 Second Rule

Split-Second Decisions!

Practice going with your gut-instinct more often and reap the benefit! 

You INSTINCTIVELY know what to do.

Here's the problem;

We all know what to do, but we don't always... DO WHAT WE KNOW!

Five Second Rule

Have you heard the expression "The 5-second rule"?

Try it! Here's a link to my prompt sheet 

It can make the difference between following your instinct or talking yourselves out of it.

Here's how ...

Say in your head - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 (Go Go Go) and launch into the moment without hesitation.

If you tend to let your mind-chatter talk you out of things, use the 5 second rule but count backwards, so say - 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 

The science behind it ... 

The thought process between Yes or No, equates to the 5 second gap between decision made and our mind chatter telling us otherwise! 

So go for it.

Sounds like a severe case of needing new people around you!

You want to change but you're holding yourself back, and why?

WHY? Ask yourself.

Instead of others stealing your motivation, remember that the reason you're seeking change is your motivation!

Ask yourself, why might you be seeking change?

Look at the diagram above ... why not sketch your own mind map, similar to this one?

Add your own reasons.

See if you can identify just what it is that you are after, how you'd prefer to be. What is it that you're no longer satisfied with?

How would you feel if you made that change?

I decided to Give Up!

I decided to GIVE UP on Instagram...

I've loved creating Reels and having fun on the platform...

But... I realised I wasn't getting a return on investment of my time or my team's time.

When I studied the data (yep, that is SO important for your business)...

I realised that I was getting much better ROI elsewhere...

Nowadays, I share my weekly Blog on my website...

And post on Instagram if I feel like it...

And here's the thing, I'm also noticing a chunk of Insta influencers talking about other social media platforms...

As Instagram algorithm reach is spluttering to a stall, they're increasingly asking, where next?!
